How it works

The Copeland Company uses Encyro for all secure document exchange. Encyro provides bank-level encryption for sending and receiving tax documents, financial statements, signed engagement letters, and any other sensitive files.

You do not need to create an account or install any software. Simply click the button below, enter your name and email address, and upload your files. You will receive a confirmation and can exchange messages securely through the same portal.

What you can send

• Tax documents — W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, prior year returns
• Financial records — bank statements, QuickBooks files, general ledgers
• Business documents — contracts, payroll records, entity documents
• Signed engagement letters and authorizations
• Any document you would otherwise send by email or fax

Why secure document exchange matters

Standard email is not encrypted and is not appropriate for transmitting Social Security numbers, financial account information, or tax returns. The Copeland Company uses Encyro to meet IRS and professional standards for safeguarding client information — and to protect you.
